We usually grow over 30 different types of vegetables and literally hundreds of varieties. We select them based on flavour and eating (not shipping) quality, and to provide a diversity of vegetables over as long a season as possible. Our farm and products are certified organic to the Quebec and Canadian Organic Standard. That means no synthetic chemical fertilizers or pesticides, no genetically-modified products, and records of everything that enters or leaves the farm. We strive to maintain and enhance the quality of the soil, water and air. Our goal is to create healthy soil which grows healthy, vigorous plants to provide nutrient-rich, flavour-packed food.
